Argentina

The passion for football is not casual in the country of tango. Argentina was probably the foremost disciple who had the English worldwide. First, from schools, and then all over the country began to emerge youth who had a rare communion with the ball. That was how players, founded clubs and join the titles began to appear.

Football is the most popular sport in Argentina. Its penetration in all social strata is unmatched by any other practice in the country. In a land where people are recognized as natives of "the nation of Diego Maradona," Selection is a banner, a flag and one of the strongest forms of identification of its citizens with argentinidad. For different reasons, which included up political issues sporty and state level, the Albiceleste team was not recognized undisputed way on the planet, until obtaining the first World Championship FIFA in 1978. Eight years later, in Mexico 1986 ratified its power beyond objections that cemented with 6 crowns Youth World and Olympic gold medals in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008. Today, the sheer quality of its players and the vision of its leaders, who understood that Selection is "No. 1 priority" of our football, Argentina is one of the most powerful nations of the world. But before this extraordinary present and obviously bright future, there is a glorious past that is worth knowing.

Argentina is a true and proud footballing invariably occupies the first place in the FIFA rankings.

It should be remembered, that Argentina was home to some of you best players ever as Maradona, Messi, Di Stefano, Kempes, Batistuta, Redondo, Riquelme and a lot more players.
